At Sophitious, every product is created with care and intention. Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Products - Pre-Made Cards

All sales on pre-made digital card products are final. Due to the instant nature of digital file delivery, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once your files have been delivered.

Digital Products - Custom Orders

Custom digital orders are non-refundable once the final files have been delivered. If you are unhappy with your files before delivery, please reach out to us at cs@sophitious.com and we will do our best to make it right.

Order Cancellations

Portrait orders may be cancelled before work has begun. Once your reference photo has been received and work is underway, cancellations are no longer accepted. Digital orders cannot be cancelled once files have been delivered.
