Shipping Policy

Digital Products

All products currently available in our store are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping involved. Upon completing your purchase, your files will be sent directly to the email address provided at checkout as a PDF and image file. Please allow up to 24 hours after your order has been fulfilled.

If you do not receive your files within the stated timeframe, please check your spam or junk folder first. If your files are still missing, contact us at cs@sophitious.com and we will resend them promptly.

Custom Hand-Drawn Portraits

Custom portrait orders are currently fulfilled as digital files only. Your completed portrait will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Physical shipping is not available at this time.

Incorrect Email Address

Please ensure the email address provided at checkout is correct before completing your purchase. Sophitious is not responsible for files sent to an incorrectly entered email address. If you have made an error, contact us at cs@sophitious.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.

No Physical Shipping

We do not currently ship physical products. All orders are fulfilled digitally.
